A DAY IN THE EASTER HOLIDAY.

In this article Swati ( 12 years old ) describes a day in the Easter Holiday.


I have chosen Monday because it was the most beautiful day of the week. I was in the South West of France ( Vend�e) near La Tranchesur Mer.

I was with my friend, her parents and my sister.

I got up at 5.30 am and I had breakfast.

Then I had a walk on the beach to watch the sun rising, the sea was very cold!

We came back home and played Scrabble inside the house.

At lunch we didn't have the traditional leg of lamb but very nice fish ( Easter fish!) In the afternoon, my friend's mother hid some Easter eggs, big eggs and a chick in the garden then we had to find them. The Easter egg hunt was great.

But there were three eggs missing and we couldn't find them!

In the evening we had dinner in the garden and watched television but the programme was not very good so we went to bed and played cards and finally played teasing each other!

We enjoyed ourselves very much !
