In this article Loic ( 13 years old) describes his trip to Reims. He went on a school trip and enjoyed visiting the cathedral and the Palace of Tau.Recently, I went to Reims to visit the famous cathedral and the " Palais du Tau" . It was built in the 13th century. It is a gothic cathedral and the Kings of France were crowned in this cathedral. It is a UNESCO world heritage. It is also very famous for its many statues but inside the cathedral it is dark.
Then I visited the Palace of Tau. the Palace was the residence of the Kings of France before their coronation. After his coronation, the King had a banquet in the Palace.Inside the palace we saw lots of tapestries, statues and reliquaries associated with the coronation of the Kings. Inside the Palace there was Charles X's royal long train. We also visited t
